how do i book an appointment?
fill out the form above and be sure to enter your desired services! you’ll receive a response within 24 hours.
what is your return Policy?
if you are not pleased with a product, you may exchange it within 10 days of your initial purchase. there are no refunds or returns of products.
what’s your cancellation policy?
i require a 48-hour notice for cancellations so i have adequate time to fill your spot. any late notice will be charged a $50 fee.
do you require a card to book?
Yes! due to the high volume of schedule changes i receive, i do require clients to have a card on file in order to book an appointment.
what products should i use at home?
during your appointment, we’ll talk about your hair goals and what your current at-home routine is. you’ll leave my chair with all the knowledge and CONFIDENCe you need to be able to recreate the look at home and how to preserve your hair color.
do you accept walk-ins?
Appointment only, please! to ensure everyone in my chair is getting my complete, undivided attention, every client has to be on the schedule.
what methods of payment do you accept?
I accept cash and all major credit cards.
